Do I need to prepare for the course? Are there special requirements?
You do not need to prepare specifically for the Intensive course; simply come ready to study hard.
There are no special requirements for the Intensive course; students must ensure they are eligible to sit for the CPA Exam.
What is covered in the course fees?
The Intensive course price includes all your materials, including your books and the PassMaster software, the registration fee, and the supervised study halls. The flashcards can be ordered separately before or after you arrive.
What should I bring with me?
A red pen or pencil and a highlighter and a laptop computer for all homework assignments. If you do not have access to a laptop, you will be able to rent one after you arrive. Please call Libby Schoeneck at 404-603-5430 or Teri Wheaton at

Is the hotel included in the course costs?

What do the hotel rates cover?
The hotel provides a complimentary full hot breakfast buffet 7 mornings a week, complimentary evening social hour Monday through Thursday evenings, fully equipped kitchens with microwave, daily housekeeping, living room with fireplace in most suites, on-site laundry facilities, convenient access to MARTA (local transit system), complimentary grocery shopping service, workout facilities, and complimentary high-speed internet access in every room.
Is there transportation to the classes?
Hotel costs include transportation to and from the classroom. If you do not stay at the hotel we have provided for our students, you will have to provide your own transportation to and from the classroom, as well as to and from the hotel for study halls.
What happens if I must cancel?
Students who find out they cannot attend the Intensive course are eligible for a refund of their tuition deposit in full. Please refer to the hotel reservation forms for the current hotel cancellation dates and policies regarding a hotel refund.
Are there special deals for my organization?
Many government agencies and CPA firms reimburse their employees for the cost of the Intensive course. Check with your Human Resource department.
Are discounts available on course fees?

Do I save money by taking all 4 parts at the same time?
The price for taking all 4 parts at the same time is less than if you took the parts separately. You must register for all 4 parts at one time.
