Mission

The Objective of the Becker CPA Exam Review is to help CPA candidates to prepare for professional certification exams by providing effective and efficient training programs that are highly responsive to candidates' needs. By identifying important subject areas and key topics, the Becker CPA Exam Review is able to ensure that our candidates focus only on what they need to know to pass the exam.

License Agreement

These goods and services for preparation for the CPA exam, in connection with Becker CPA Exam Review, are not for sale and are not being sold to you. You may only acquire a license to use such materials. This license and your course materials will expire at the end of 12 months from the date of purchase. The terms and conditions of this license can be found in the materials that will be sent to you.

Any and all notes and lectures given to and any notes taken by applicant in the Becker CPA Exam Review are to be used by applicant and no one else. The teaching methods and methodologies contained in the materials supplied are confidential and proprietary to Becker Professional Review and are not to be transferred or divulged to any other person by resale of the materials or otherwise.

Accommodations for Candidates with Special Needs

Accommodations for candidates with disabilities are available.  Candidates with special requirements are encourage to 1-800-868-3900 and request to be transferred to Becker’s National Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator as far in advance of starting classes as possible to arrange for a consultation.

Tuition Free Continuing Help

  • TFCH is Becker’s tuition waiver program for our candidates who complete the course but do not pass their CPA Exams.
  • To be eligible for the Becker TFCH, Self-Study candidates must correctly complete 90 percent of all Passmaster software multiple choice questions for each part and show proof of viewing 100% of the lectures. Candidates meeting the criteria must print out their performance summary report from the Passmaster software and submit it to Becker within 365 days from the original ship date of the course materials.
  • If you meet these requirements, you may then repeat the course 100% without tuition charge. You must however, pay the enrollment fee & a license fee for the materials for each section taken. The charges for the license of the Becker TFCH books/materials are non-refundable. This privilege expires 365 days following your completion of the applicable part. If you do not earn the Becker TFCH privilege, each part of the course may be repeated once for 1/2 of the regular tuition (former candidate discount).

Rules for Four-Part Discount

  • A candidate must register and schedule all four parts of the course upon initial registration and complete all four parts of the course within a 12-month period.
  • A candidate enrolled in all four parts may change the sequence or delivery method at any time within the original 12-month period. A $195 administrative change fee will be charged to the student beginning with the 2nd change and will apply to all subsequent changes. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • A full tuition refund, minus all discounts and fees, will be issued if all materials are returned unopened in original condition within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days, no refund will be issued. Flashcards are non-refundable. Candidates must also submit a letter with the returned materials explaining why the course is being returned. The cost to return the materials will be the responsibility of the student. It is in the best interest of the candidate to ship materials by certified mail or an alternative traceable method.

Applicable in all states:

  • All refunds are contingent upon the return of all textbooks and software within 10 days of notification of withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be recognized unless made in writing and delivered by certified mail, overnight mail or other form assuring proof of receipt. The charges for the Becker TFCH materials and flashcards are non-refundable. The cost to return the materials will be the responsibility of the candidate. It is in the best interest of the candidate to ship materials by certified mail or an alternative traceable method. A candidate may change the sequence or delivery method at any time within the original 12-month period. A $195 administrative change fee will be charged to the student beginning with the 2nd change and will apply to all subsequent changes.

 

To cancel this agreement and receive a refund, provide a written notice by certified mail, overnight mail, or other form assuring proof of receipt to the Candidate Services Manager at One Tower Lane, Suite 1000, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Only refund request meeting the above requirements will be processed. Eligible refunds will be made within 30 days following receipt of cancellation notice.

DISCOUNT VERIFICATION:
If applying for a discount, appropriate verification required prior to conclusion of course; if not received by course end, full tuition will be charged without further notice.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
All fees and the charges for Flashcards and the Becker TFCH Textbooks are non-refundable.

PERMISSION TO USE NAME:
Applicant agrees to have name used on a listing of Successful Former Candidates, which is mailed along with announcements of the course to prospective candidates.
