TFCH Information

STUDENT'S CRITERIA FOR TUITION FREE CONTINUING HELP (TFCH)

TFCH CRITERIA:

• Students must show proof of attending (or viewing on CD) 100% of the classes.
• Students must CORRECTLY complete 90% of the PassMaster Multiple Choice software questions.

NOTE: The "Supplemental" questions contained on the PassMaster software are optional and are not counted in the PassMaster completed percentage.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:

• Only students who are confident that they have met the above criteria should submit their information for processing.
• Students requesting TFCH must fax:
  1. "Performance Summary" report of completed questions printed from PassMaster software. This report summarizes the correct completion of all PassMaster multiple-choice questions. (Students having difficulty printing this Summary should contact Technical Support at 877-784-1997.)
  2. If your correct HW percentage is 90% or better, remove your attendance record from the textbooks and submit both for processing. Be sure to also attach all "Makeup Confirmation Notifications" as proof of classes made up.
• Students should make sure that their NAME and CLASSROOM LOCATION (i.e. Boston, MA) are clearly written on the bottom of each attendance record and at the bottom of the PassMaster "Performance Summary" sheet.
• Students should include their correct email address because all TFCH correspondence will be sent via email.
• Students should KEEP A COPY of all items. No items will be returned to the student.
• Students MUST fax documentation to 1-866-398-7375 no later than 30 days following completion of each section.
• Correspondence will be emailed to students after all TFCH requirements have been reviewed. Please allow 4 weeks for processing.
• TFCH can be used to register for any format, but can only be used for the part earned. When a student uses TFCH, they will be required to pay only the material fees and taxes (if applicable), and the current enrollment fee. TFCH and materials fees are non-refundable.
• Earned TFCH will expire 365 days following the day positive correspondence is e-mailed to the student.
• Earned TFCH is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. Positive verification of former enrollment and satisfaction of TFCH requirements must be identified within our records at the time of redemption. All previous account balances must be paid before TFCH redemption will be accepted.
• Upon repeating a course, TFCH must be re-earned to be eligible for additional tuition waivers.
