Overview:
In the Individual Tax simulation of the Regulation course, the formulas in the “1040 Pg2” tab do not calculate the tax form entries correctly. Additionally, the instructions in the Research tabs of the Regulation simulations do not use the proper language for tax-related Research questions.This update corrects these issues.
Installation Instructions
Please follow the steps below to install this update. To make it easier to follow these instructions, print this page first.
1- Click on the Review CBT Update link here.
2- In the subsequent dialog box, click on the Save button.
3- Save the file in any folder on your computer. Optionally, you can save the file on your desktop for easy access.
4- Close the browser and all other windows on your computer. Find the file you just downloaded and double-click on it. The update setup wizard will start.
5- When the Welcome screen appears, click on the Next button.
6- If you have installed the Review CBT in the default directory, the setup wizard will inform you that it has found the existing review files and is ready to install the update. In this case, click Next to begin the installation.
7- If the setup wizard cannot find the existing Review CBT files, you will see the following prompt:
Click on the Browse button and locate the existing Review CBT folder.
8- After the files have been copied, you will see a prompt indicating that the installation is complete. Click Finish.
