Project Management Professional Program

Course Description

Provides hands-on experience in managing complex projects and prepares participants for the PMP certification exam.
This course blends expert instruction with up-to-date participatory learning techniques and includes comprehensive coverage of the nine Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) areas tested in the PMP certification exam.

Target Audience

Project management personnel or newly formed project management teams requiring in-depth training in all areas of the (PMBOK® Guide) leading to PMP® certification.

Length

20 half-day sessions over a 20 week period, including an additional 3 full days of PMP Exam Prep Program

Professional Development Units

120 PDU hours awarded

MY STORY

The PMI Chicagoland chapter has been contracting with Becker to provide PMP certification training for the past seven years. The pass rate of participants in this training has been quite high even through the transition to the new exam. As a Registered Education Provider (REP) with PMI, Becker has provided much support to the chapter in preparing and implementing these classes.
