Learning objectives
After completing this course, the learner should be able to:
- Define sexual harassment and the applicable federal and local laws
- Identify current social trends related to sexual harassment and legislative responses
- Recognize and change (or modify) workplace behaviors that create or contribute to sexual harassment
- Identify the negative effects of abusive conduct in the workplace
- Identify sexual harassment workplace policies and remedies
- Understand management's role in preventing, addressing, and correcting sexual harassment behaviors and/or incidents in the workplace
