Description of the Course
- Decentralized autonomous organizations are investing millions of dollars and making critical management decisions automatically, without any centralized oversight. Blockchain and smart contracts have enabled the creation of a new class of corporation, nonprofit, investment fund, and community organization - the DAO. This course is an overview of the key concepts, historical context, contemporary applications, and emerging issues of DAOs.
