Exercise Price

 

  1. The exercise price (often called the strike price) of a stock option is the amount of money that must be exchanged for the stock to exercise a stock option. See also stock option and grant date. Price at which a call option or put option may be exercised (carrying out terms of agreement). (Also called strike price.)
