Section 341 Meeting of Creditors

In a bankruptcy case, a meeting of creditors held from 20 to 40 days after the order for relief is effective. All interested parties, including creditors, the bankruptcy trustee, and the debtor must be given notice of the meeting. See also creditors' committee.
