Accrued Expenses

Accrued expenses (accrued liabilities) are expenses recognized or incurred through the passage of time (or other criteria) but not yet paid by the entity (accrued interest payable, accrued wages, etc.). See also deferred charges and prepaid expenses and estimated liabilities and accrued liability.
