Level 1: Emerging Staff Tax Training
Give your newest team members a strong start in tax compliance. This program builds a solid foundation across corporate, partnership, and individual returns, covering topics like book and tax differences and Schedule M 1, depreciation, outside basis and Schedule K 1, and adjusted gross income and Schedule E, etc. Learners will practice applying foundational rules and completing the related reporting through targeted activities and case studies, so they can contribute with confidence from the beginning.

Recommended Staff Experience: 0 to 1 year of tax experience

Level 2: Experienced Staff Tax Training
Prepare your experienced staff to take on more complex concepts. This program deepens their technical skills in property transactions, partnership formation, distributions, special allocations, and the sale of a partnership interest, along with loss limitation rules, Schedule C, and AMT. The result is staff who tackle more complex client situations, take greater ownership, and add real value to your firm.
Program Level: Basic to Intermediate
Recommended Staff Experience: 2+ years of tax experience

Level 3: Senior & Supervisory Staff Tax Planning and Advisory Training
Help your rising senior staff and supervisors move from preparer to trusted advisor. This program covers a wide range of timely topics including choice of entity, proactive tax planning strategies, and advanced partnership basis topics such as Section 754 elections and 743(b) adjustments. Learners will practice and strengthen the advisory skills needed to spot opportunities, manage risk, ask the right client questions, and even turn technical analysis into polished client deliverables with the help of AI.

Recommended Staff Experience: 3+ years of tax experience

Level 2 – Semi-Senior Staff Training
Prepare your experienced staff to take ownership of smaller audits, reviews, and compilations with minimal supervision. This program sharpens their technical skills, efficiency, and profitability-turning them into valuable assets for your firm.
